A quick comment about the plans - they are very well done. I write plans for a living and so I see quite a few. Given the scope of the project, they are amazingly complete, and well organized. Nat Puffer and Burt Rutan (designer of Long-EZ from which the Cozy is derived) have done an excellent job targeting the novice builder.
